FEES:
Fees are paid by insurance companies
or self-paid. We accept most insurance plans. Please be aware that the
amount of insurance coverage varies with each health insurance plan and
it is your responsibility to understand how your insurance works and
determine if your plan requires preauthorization for services. In
addition, we also offer a sliding scale fee based on income.
We
ask that fees be paid at the time of each visit. If you are
using insurance coverage and your plan requires a co-payment or
deductible, we request that all fees not covered by insurance be paid at
the time of each visit. For some types of behavioral health services,
such as court ordered evaluations, other payment arrangements may be
made.
For your convenience, you may pay by check, cash, or Master or Visa credit card.
